WPT Enterprises Inc. said Wednesday that Anheuser Busch's Budweiser brand is the official beer of the World Poker Tour's fourth season of televised poker on the Travel Channel.
WPT Enterprises Inc. creates internationally branded entertainment and consumer products.
Budweiser television spots will air on the Travel Channel's broadcasts and viewers will see the Budweiser logo on the table ring around the Final Table arena and on in-show graphics for the WPT's hole card camera segment.
Budweiser will also stage a Texas Hold'em tournament as part of a retail promotions that begins in December and runs through February next year.
St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. (NYSE: BUD - News), the largest domestic brewer, manufactures and recycles aluminum cans and operates theme parks.
