Not another Poker movie!
Burt Reynolds & Bret Harrison will participate in the movie
The septuagenarian Burt Reynolds will be a Poker Pro in the film “Deal”, the newest poker related movie. Reynolds will be the leading actor in this new film.

He will participate in this movie with Bret Harrison, the TV star that has made a lot of sitcoms for teens. The studio is going to start filming the movie next week in New Orleans.

The plot tells the story of Reynolds, an ex poker player that coaches a college student (role played by Harrison) and teaches him all the tricks he knows. The plot is very similar to the movie “Rocky V”, because all is great until Rocky and his mentor have a disagreement. The discussion will lead the two of them to a final boxing match in which they will have to fight against each other.

Quite predictable, Reynolds and Harrison will end up face to face at a poker table in the World Poker Tour finals.

Producers are counting on Poker popularity to attract audiences; we’ll have to wait to see the results of this bet.
