Vince Neil Second Annual Poker Tournament
Playing poker for charity
The Second Annual Vince Neil Off the Strip Poker Tournament took place at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on November 6th. Before the Texas Hold’em tournament started, there was a cocktail party and a silent auction, which benefited the T.J. Martell Foundation.

More than 140 players entered the event either by paying the $500 buy-in or supported by a table sponsor. Some professional poker players were among the competitors, like WSOP winner Tom McEvoy, Cowboy Kenna James and Layne Flack.

There was a prize pool of $50,000 that was to be divided between the ten final players but they decided to donate the money to charity, the real winner of the night. Last year, the Vince Neil’s Off the Strip Tournament raised more than $170,000 and this year it seems that figure was easily surpassed.
