The World Poker Congress will take place in Stockholm on June 26 and 27
For the first time, both the Internet poker world and real-life poker rooms will be examined at the World Poker Congress in Stockholm. The experts will analyze issues that affect online poker and brick and mortar poker rooms.
The WPC will be divided in two parts: “Live” and “Online”. Each of them will focus on specific subjects of importance to their segment. During the conference, the two sides will meet, giving attendees the chance to exchange experiences and develop relationships with their counterparts.
"The World Poker Congress is truly a one-of-a-kind event", said Sue Schneider, president of the River City Group, one of the producers of the conference. "Where else can you get people together to talk about poker of all sorts?"
Lectures will be in charge of poker notables, including World Poker Tour President Steve Lipscomb and World Series of Poker Commissioner Jeffrey Pollack.
